Drawing on my western Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) learnings and experience, and Eastern Wisdom, gained through my yoga therapy practice, yoga teaching, and over thirty five years of personal yoga practice. Each week, we will explore an uncomfortable emotion, what it means to us, and how we can learn not only to live with it, but to use it to our best advantage in navigating the bumpy path of life.  We shall create a safe and nurturing environment, where we can build mutual trust and understanding, and students will be encouraged to positively support each other off their mats as well as on them.
