View the world in a different light with Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness and Relaxation, as you develop an awareness of the breath and body, soothe your mind and relieve worries.
Yoga helps to regulate your stress response system, thus lowering blood pressure and heart rate as well as improving respiration.
Restorative Yoga is particularly effective in providing individuals with the means to deal with, and resolve, stress, anxiety and depression without resorting to medication.
If you are recuperating from an injury or have limited mobility, yoga can support you physically and emotionally as you heal and recover. By focusing specifically on movement of the joints and restorative postures students benefit from increased mobility and range of movement. This class is suitable for a wide range of physical limitations and conditions.
