Saturday Morning Half-Day Yoga Retreats are an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and experience of yoga, explore your practice more fully, and connect with all the aspects of your Self more deeply. The focus of each retreat will vary, which means that you can choose to attend one, some, or all of them if you wish. Places will be limited to ensure that students can gain the most benefit from their experience.
