About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah Kemp.

Throughout my life, my focus has always been on discovering more about how we, as individuals, can grow and develop, and learn how we might live contentedly and lovingly. From Human Resources, to CBT counselling, to teaching yoga, all my different paths have lead me to understand that the key is connection, both with our Selves and each other.

I have practiced yoga for over forty years, and it gives me enormous pleasure to share my love of yoga with others. Over the past 16 years, I have practiced yoga with adults and children, having taught in some of our local primary schools, pre-schools, secondary schools and children centres. Yoga classes give us an opportunity to regularly share space with like-minded individuals, and take time out to explore ways in which we can better experience life both on and off the mat or chair.

I specialise in yoga therapy, and work with groups and individuals to help strengthen their connection to, and deepen their understanding of. their bodies and inner Self, in order to improve mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.

And for those of us who want to be able to embrace the many benefits of a regular yoga practice, in a safe and comfortably setting, our meditation group meets each week in Bourne.
